forgot to add that insiders priced .15 when stock closed .13 day before, and then i guess one or two investors just wanted in as buying 8M shares on open market would be more costly.. so two good signs here.. When DBO.TO did PP last year above stock price, people were hesitant by Chinese involvement but stock is up significantly since then.. CB
