One reason I like BEW.V because their technology is disruptive vs peers.. There are a lot of players in IIOT world and it's gonna get bigger and bigger so disruptive is the way to go for me.. CB

BEW is on my watchlist for IIOT companies - this is a space I think will do really well over the next few years.
TKX - 40% insider ownership. But as you point out 12 mill shares become free trading Oct 1, 2016 from the initial offering on May 31st. Could be a great opp to add shares, might not.
The reason they went to the market is because they needed money to satisfy the backlog of orders.
