The prospectus says "
on or about December 4, 2018". It could take a few more days for the first closing, who knows. We'll find out tomorrow. It's a non-issue either way, whether the company gets the money tomorrow or a few days later. If you were talking about many weeks and months, then it obviously makes an important difference.
