It was mostly painful till the last 4 months after 23Q3 results.

Ya, takeover of BeWhere is very much a probability looking at the history of promotors who sold their previous company at 58% premium. But promotors are now in their late 60s and want to keep the company longer as both CEO & COO are getting $260K in salary + Consulting fees and all perks. They may not be in any hurry to sell. Even at $1 per share, CEO & COO will be worth 10M each.

Technology is evolving very fast and hard to predict the future of tracking devices.
