Share buyback ends on May 05, 2021

Normal Course Issuer Bid or share buy back comes to an end on May 05, 2021, without buying a single share so far.

Bewhere didn't buyback even when share price went below 10c. I don't know why company go for all the paperwork if they r not going to buyback shares.

NCIB is a tool that some companie use to improve liquidity or return shares to the treasury if possible. Many companies file and do not use this tool. Its not unusual.  Also it would be very unwise and is often looked down upon for a value stock to use capitgal to buyback shares. Most investors / instutions prefer to see the company direct that capital to growth initiatives that help drive ...more

Talk about value stock! It's weird your comment. The S&P 500 is full of value companies and they just buy back their stocks and the S&P 500 is just going up and breaking records!
