AGM & Management information circular

BeWhere AGM is scheduled for June 13, 2023

As per information circular, CEO & COO got 196K each in 2020 & 248K in 2022, an increase of 27%. CFO was getting 156K in 2020 & received 207K in 2022, a 33% increase. 

3 independent directors got 18K each to attend meeting in 2022. 
 

investor lost money while CEO/COO/CFO are getting hefty increments 


500K stock option excel is exercisable at 0.335 is expiring on May 29, 2023.
