RE:« . . . just a question of when, not if . . .. »The UN/WHO voted to reschedule MJ this morning in Vienna as a non-naroctic so that sets an international standard.  Mexico is targetting this Dec 15th to legalize MJ so that leaves the US in a postion of having Canada to the North and Mexico to the South being legalized and the international stage moving towards legalization / de-criminalization of Cannabis.

The US is voting on the MORE act this week and expecting that done by Friday (we'll see if they do or not).  Once the MORE act passes the House of Reps then we have two bills that need to be passed into law (the MORE and the SAFE act).  Once the bills get to congress the pressure on the Senate to do something will be that much higher with the US has neighors on both borders with legalized Cannabis and Americans looking for work, the gov needing tax dollars and, quite frankly.. people wanting legal pot.

The Senate vote itself is anyones' guess and may not happen until the new year so we will have to wait for more news out of the US regarding expected dates.

The play is long IMHO and I'm in already so I'll stay with the long play.
