RE:Hexo Corp Gatineau, Quebec Updates needed

RE:Hexo Corp Gatineau, Quebec Updates needed Fighting black market is pointless. They have no barrier to entry, no regulations to follow, no shareholders to please, and the list goes on. By lowering the selling price they are digging their own tomb. Just a reminder, the excise tax is applied on a per gram basis. 1$/4$ = 25% ; 1$/8$ = 12.5%. More sales = happy .Gov. more sales also = grumpier shareholders getting their lunch money taken away on false promises.
