RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Analyse technique réaliste !!Quinlash i also played sino forest in the same period that you did. What the h#ll does it have anything to do with Hexo or Shopify for that matter. Man do you ever like to blabber for nothing in a day. Poor wife if you have one. Sino is no eay comparable to hexo or shopify.
quinlash wrote: I played SinoForest about 12 years ago after a short-seller hit the stock with a bunch of negative news articles (same thing that happened with Shopify last year and the price dropped to $160 CDN).

I researched the life out of the company and decided that the claims of the short-seller were unfounded and hit the stock with a medium sized buy... the company was based out of China and I quickly learned that a Chinese company would rather fold and restart under a new name than bother with fighting a short-seller attack... live and learn... have to manage the downside risk on each and every play.

The longer you are on the market the more lessons learned you gather and the better you get at identifying potential winners from losers.

GL on your investing.

You probably know that I was interested in Hexo which I hardly knew at an analytical starting price of .85c which is obviously my average cost.

Yes, I could be in the very long term with Hexo until I believe everything that is said about it as in the return in the $ 10 but today I learn a lesson from all this.

I used to get burned about this with another company called Prometic Life Science, now called Liminal Life Sciences whose average cost was .32c. I believed very strongly in this company and that, attending all the shareholders' meetings in Mtl.

I owned up to 400,000 shares of this title with 60% in a Celi. The title went up to $ 3.62. I learned over time to move away from the fundamentals of a title and to never fall in love again with any other title that caused my loss in a collapse of Promtic's title at, 05c. Yes I sold 50% in its downhill to $ 1.12 but the rest at some .07c.

Conclusion Prometic: We were defrauded by the administrative staff. Our lender Thomvest (Toronto) and others were very interested in us and all of our beautiful and very interesting pipeline. Result: when there was a delay from the FDA for the acceptance of Plasminogen (our first little baby on the market) .Thomvest and others told us: We don't lend you anymore and we were short of $$$$ and failing to pay with them. Then they took over the company alone and changed the name from Prometic to Liminal Life Sciences.

We were tricked by these fraudsters and administrators, these bandits who exist here and there in companies.

Result: An appeal from the point of view of oppression and not collective (500 shareholders including me of course) is in preparation and it will end before a judge. If Thomvest and others are found guilty of fraud on this subject imagine the bad publicity that will receive for the 'one is Thomvest suspected in addition, by many, of laundering his $$$ in the Caymens Islands.

So, now I shop around and do a little bit of 1-2-3 positive phases with an action and move on to something else now.
