BlackRock Municipal Income Trust (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income taxes. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in investments the income from which is exempt from federal income tax (except that the interest may be subject to the alternative minimum tax). The Fund may invest directly in securities or synthetically through the use of derivatives. The Fund's investment policies provide that it invests at least 80% of its total assets in investment grade quality municipal obligations issued by or on behalf of states, territories and possessions of the United States and their political subdivisions, agencies or instrumentalities, each of which pays interest that, in the opinion of bond counsel to the issuer, is excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes. Its investment adviser is BlackRock Advisors, LLC.

Man you guys make me laugh out loud. I literally discovered stockhouse 2 weeks ago always just observed and never commented on anything including the dummies that I've seen on here trolling. I then read in some posts that hexo is being delisted and then I ask a question cuz I'm wondering how management could let something like that happen. Correct me if I'm wrong don't the have to trade consecutive days into the month end? I'm new to this entire thing so I'm reaching out to the community for knowledge and to discuss things not to sit here and be bashed and called a rat. I practice law and play poker professionally based out of Ontario I'm def not a f'n troll like some of these ppl in here. All I did was ask a question. Man you guys really do look dumb in the way you act and come at people the way you do.
