BlackRock Municipal Income Trust (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income taxes. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in investments the income from which is exempt from federal income tax (except that the interest may be subject to the alternative minimum tax). The Fund may invest directly in securities or synthetically through the use of derivatives. The Fund's investment policies provide that it invests at least 80% of its total assets in investment grade quality municipal obligations issued by or on behalf of states, territories and possessions of the United States and their political subdivisions, agencies or instrumentalities, each of which pays interest that, in the opinion of bond counsel to the issuer, is excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes. Its investment adviser is BlackRock Advisors, LLC.

RE:RE:HEXO Projected Annual Sales (without US Legalization)There’s a small problem..for Hexo to reach full valuation, the U.S might have to legalize. Look at what’s happening to Aphria shareholders right now. 7 more States plus Shumer is pushing for a full legalization vote and just be done with it. Even if the vote is turned down, I don’t want to see a postponement TIL 2024. It’s all about attracting institutional investors long term. If U.S does legalize  in the one scenario, L-bag holders get paid. Cannabis Industry can go from innate stage to growth stage quickly. Sales going up every quarter without proper store fronts..hmmm but like I said to reflect true valuations of this company and other seemingly successful pot companies, it might be full legalization in the U.S that attracts big institutional money reflecting in Hexo share price for example
