BlackRock Municipal Income Trust (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income taxes. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in investments the income from which is exempt from federal income tax (except that the interest may be subject to the alternative minimum tax). The Fund may invest directly in securities or synthetically through the use of derivatives. The Fund's investment policies provide that it invests at least 80% of its total assets in investment grade quality municipal obligations issued by or on behalf of states, territories and possessions of the United States and their political subdivisions, agencies or instrumentalities, each of which pays interest that, in the opinion of bond counsel to the issuer, is excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes. Its investment adviser is BlackRock Advisors, LLC.

But I assure you, keeler can NOT and will never be able to afford a shares even at 50 cents!

Anyway - it seems that you guys are upset because I made a good ibvestment at $3.04 and already 'up', while you guys made a poor investment in a pos company and have lost a lot of your parents money.

Same company, so how does that work?
Oh right - logical, intelligent investing and idiotic, cult pumptard investing.

So long oldtimer - I'll let you know wwhen I cash out, maybe it'll be the same as your break even. Gosh that must stoick in your craw.

keeler could say he bought shares to justify his existence in this board without being called a loser. But I assure you, keeler can NOT and will never be able to afford a shares even at 50 cents!

Just think about him like a child seeking attention, look at me, I am so smart, I bought at $2.90 ... He is just a despicable little punk.
