- Directed the comprehensive reorganization of Wrigley’s Canadian operation; the largest in recent history. Considerably improved motivation and engagement, re-aligned the business to the market and ‘future-proofed’ it for many years ahead.
- As General Manager, drove the successful expansion of Wrigley across India; one of the most important markets for the business. Increased volume by more than 15% and sales by over 18%. Re-built the entire local organization, recruiting and developing local talent.
