In an application filed with the Superior Court, Mr. Chiara says she was informed that these three users made defamatory comments about her on the discussion forum of Stockhouse, a site specializing in financial information that invites investors to discuss stock investments.
The comments were made in early January in a section of the forum dedicated to discussions on Hexo.
"I would focus on their illegal financing if I had to attack them," wrote Maltik4005 about the company, which supplies the SQDC with cannabis and whose shares trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
