BlackRock Municipal Income Trust (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income taxes. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in investments the income from which is exempt from federal income tax (except that the interest may be subject to the alternative minimum tax). The Fund may invest directly in securities or synthetically through the use of derivatives. The Fund's investment policies provide that it invests at least 80% of its total assets in investment grade quality municipal obligations issued by or on behalf of states, territories and possessions of the United States and their political subdivisions, agencies or instrumentalities, each of which pays interest that, in the opinion of bond counsel to the issuer, is excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes. Its investment adviser is BlackRock Advisors, LLC.

RE:RE:RE:Question for NDASure queertard - your signing off as an employee agreeing not to disclose confidential information about your employer's operation is EXACTLY the same thing as a NDA between two companies - one of which is supposedly a F200 company with a full bank of lawyers in a Legal Dept.

I'm sure you were invited to sit in on many a meeting regarding NDA's.

Your legal expertise is at a level similar to your succesful investment prowess, about a 1 out of 10, where 1 is  the lowest you can go.

I have signed off more than one NDA in my career and the companies I work for have been under them as well, I know how they work.  If you have never seen one or know anything about them then there is always that mysterous Google Thing that provides answers... who would have thunk...
