I would not invest in either company.
I don't know much about IMV - and not interested in researching, the sector isn't for me.
It takes literally years of research and studies and preliminary approvals and 3 stage testings - it goes on forever, whether it's a good long term hold, who knows - but I'm not interested.
PYR - I owned a few years ago, it had it's brief moment. Good product or not, good idea or not - they are broke, and experiencing reduced revenue. As per the news release, they can't even raise $12 million from a private placement - and how can you have just $ 2 miilion in cash and $25 million in receivables? My suggestion is to get the accounts receivable (probably the owner's daughter) person to spend some time on to the phone to collect some money, quickly. It's a flag on the company's management.
