FDA Interim Response

FDA Interim Response

The FDA issued an Interim Response Letter last week to Top Health Ingredients. It has not reached a decision on their petition. Because of this non-response, Bioneutra looks like it is in trouble for 2020. In less than 8 weeks the company will no longer be able to label or market its products as a fibre in the United States.
