Out with the new, in with the oldFrom the December 30th news release:
"The Company also announces the resignation of Mr. Douglas Horner as a member of the Board of Directors and also as Chairman of the Company for personal reasons effective December 31st , 2019."
That didn't last long. Funny how this happens right after the purchase of the Canada Asia Synergy Group (now known as Bioneutra HK). The company leadership is obviously in total disarray and can't be trusted. Invest at your own risk.
From the same news release:
"BioNeutra Global Corporation (“BioNeutra” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: BGA), is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Bill Smith as Chairman of the Board of Directors of BioNeutra Global Corporation effective December 31st , 2019. Mr. Smith also serves as Senior Vice President of BioNeutra North America Inc. (BNA), a subsidiary of the Company."
Same old thing. Unfortunately the Chairman's priorities are focused on favouring and protecting the CEO and other Chinese interests rather than looking out for the company's investors and other stakeholders. Why reelect an 84 year old? When will the board finally clean house and get some real leadership that will produce results and profits for the company? Invest at your own risk.
