This enables them to finance other projects in different fields while slowing others. It's an excellent time to drill and chase the oil. Fuel is cheaper and that relates to less exploration cost. BHS is going in the right direction. Now is the time to get in a hold. We all know oil is going to jump again and this time BHS will be in position to capitalize.
