Mr. O'Brien's moves don't make sense

Mr. O'Brien's moves don't make senseDoesn't it make more sense to bring a product to market, make profits, use profits to fund a smelter/sorter/etc vs diluting the shares by doing PPs for $0.05 in order to put all this stuff in prior to actually making any money? Essentially, make the mine a profitable concern--THEN add all the bells and whistles. Investing profits into a business in order to make it more efficient makes sense(not to mention the tax write-offs--and seeing a company reinvesting profits would actually appeal to the big investors like mutual fund companies and trading houses) but diluting shares doesn't (if anything it scares away the institutions with big money to invest)--unless the guy diluting it is trying to pull a scam and take as much money out of the "company" before it's revealed there's nothing in the big hole in the ground. I was in my early 30s when BRE-X happened...This is starting to feel like that--"great" assays, a "great" story--but in the end it was a scam.
