Does O'Neill know anything about mining?

His forte is exploration--not mining. The difference is akin to learning about swimming by reading about it and actually jumping into the water that's a much deeper than your height. Is there anybody on his "Board" that actually has experience with getting a mine to the production stage? (I don't really care if he's got a bunch of "legendary" precious metals explorers--they don't add anything to the production phase)

If you guys really believe this, why invest here?  Baffling.

Simple...we believed O'Neill, a proven explorer, when he said there was silver in the mine. Then there was the story about silver ingots (or whatever) would be "paid" out to the shareholders. Now if a proven explorer says there's precious metal in a mine, I'll believe it. Having said that, a man has to know his limitations--if the CEO has no experience in bringing a mine into ...more

As I posted before about GO`s ability and know-out for getting a mine to the production level...I have mixed feelings...Going back to his forays in New Zealand with Kent Exploration, and  oil in Saskachewan, and Bayhorse, Brandywine...His exploration projects do not materialize into something of substance....I believe he is good at promoting hiis mineral properties...and that`s about it....So ...more

Actually it was the New Zealand foray and the "Bonanza" talking that kept me from investing at BHS for the 1st couple of years....I think Graeme would not get a very warm wellcome if he returned to his original homeland today....This time it's probably going to be the predicted silver price explosion that will save him and us at the same time....His real calling would have been an ...more

Ard don't you think and maybe even Greede should feel the same that G should send out a truckload to finally start a cash flow after all and I mean all this time.  I remember so long ago Greede saying if silver hits 18 G will be out there making deals selling silver etc.  Is it ever really going to happen.  If I was still a holder I would have been hospitalized long ago.   ...more

The share price reacton after the last announcement was a pretty good indicator of what everyone here in the peanut gallery is wanting and expecting from Graeme but he manages to dodge any meaningfull reference to the silver side of BHS....Incompetance or desperation or just outright deception....?...We shall soon find out....I can't imagine someone spending  6 years of their precious ...more

Has anyone ever wondered where Graeme got all his money to keep investing?  Do we know his annual salary off of BHS?
Comment by ardbegoil on Nov 06, 2020 7:38am
I would bet things at the silver mine would really start flying if Graeme was asked to defer his salary and it would have the added benifit of slowing down the production of options and cheap warrants being accumulated by Graeme as well.....Possibly thats the past  production he was referring to..? ..best to all

Don't know the exactitude of this site but here's what I found. https://simplywall.st/stocks/ca/materials/tsxv-bhs/bayhorse-silver-shares#management Under the management label, G.O (75 YRS OLD), does around 333k$ per year
Comment by ardbegoil on Nov 06, 2020 9:13am
$333K per year....Why would he want to take a chance starting up a mine if he can get that just by fiddling...??.....best to all
