I am not sure that @cornhuskergold understands @HDLR's point. He is correct that 400 tons of unsorted ore = about 36 tons of concentrate, but @HDLR is not saying that the 400 tons that were mined before full production commenced in 2021 would complete the initial Ocean deal. In fact, @HDLR already literally said herself exactly what he just said:

"The additional pile of 300-400 mined ore will give 30-40 tons after ore-sorter selection (reject 90%)."

If I understand correctly, @HDLR is suggesting that "all the bags we counted" (i.e. in the pictures of Graeme standing next to the big bags) "totalled 400 tons" of upgraded ore (which "with 90% recovery becomes 360 tons concentrate"). Ocean deal = 300 tons concentrate. And above and beyond the fraction that can be visually counted, Tinhos here on Stockhouse noticed that the numerals on the bags go up to at least the number 50.

Just realised, his mistake arose from a numeric coincidence between the 400 upgraded tons that HDLR supposes in the pictures, + the addition of the "400"-ton, but unupgraded, pile.

Just saw HDLR's rationale, no guessing from pictures, she quotes p.6 of the MDNA: "Processing will treat the _400 tons_ of _Ore-Sorted_ mineralization currently stored at the mine."

Sorry Tinhos I expressed myself badly, as you say they are 1-ton bags so 64 tons in bags at best. I just wrote "bags" but was also thinking HDLR may have been counting the huge ore-pile.

No worries. I would also tend to believe that there are now 64 or more 1 ton bags containing the concentrate. This assumption would fit to the production capacity, which will now increase in speed as soon as the new production facility is going online. The big question for us shareholders is if the delivery to Ocean Ltd will be just one full delivery of 300 tons or if there will be smaller ...more

As was also noted by others, the largest number sprayed on the bags was 64. If they are all 1 ton bags of concentrate (not other stuff!) and shipments go in lots of 50 tons concentrate per container, it would mean that Bayhorse is roughly one third into the production of a second container. However, to be clear, I do not have any information if the first 50 tons of concentrate have been shipped ...more
