Define what you call Due Diligence. Did you include a working mine, an operational mill, excess capacity at mill, upcoming price of metal, cost of production estimate, other items?

It is not so difficult. Bayhorse has published a updated corporate presentation on the website with all projected milestones. The problem is the greed in the head of people. They come up with their personal imaginary milestones as to when they want to get rich and if it does not happen at that specific point in time, they accuse Bayhorse for not executing. Everything went crazy when BS reported Ocean ships in 4th qtr.  Then sort of after everyone seemed concerned with reaction we were told 2nd and 3rd qtr and sorry for mistake.  You want my bet----Osean ships will start arounf XMAS.
