RE:demobilization

Last time i checked Land rig were around 10-15 Millions $ and i saw rent of land rig around 20 k per day rates... so it's about 500 days (without taken into account repair and cost to maintain the rig in good shape). I don'T see how a 2-3 weeks delay would be a good enough reason to buy a rig instead of renting it...
