there is no delay yet, i'm not sure what you are referring to...
PR of October 9 :

"The Company is currently engaged in the cleaning and treating of the drilling fluids/solids waste pit at BHN-1, which is expected to take approximately three weeks to complete."

three weeks, this mean they around october 30th. then they began testing... some poeple on this board thought the testing procedure might take up from one to two weeks, which could mean between today and the 13th of november...
