As I said in a previous post, I've seen this movie before.

I own another stock VRB that's been halted since March.
Called the company spoke with the CEO several times and it's always the same BS as sooooooooooo many other penny stocks.
News soon, shortly, any time now, within a few weeks, by the end of the month, by the 10th. LOL... 
Credibility is everything. If there is NO NEWS on the horizon, just say so!! 
Seems like they all went to the same school. Bullshit high.
