Management is not selling.

BITK is down 92% off its all time high, so if them not selling here is supposed to be a good thing, it's not.

What would be a good thing is for management to be buying every single share available at or under 40 cents.

What's surprising for me is that ever since June when shares were over 60 cents ONLY one insider has bought and that IMO were token purchases totalling 170 thousand measly shares. Dollar wise = peanuts.

Where are the rest of the insiders?? Why aren't they loading up their trucks at these levels? 
The topic should not be that management is not selling, but rather, why aren't they buying?

Ripix, You do know that there are rules pending for buying for management .  If there are milestones , management might be restricted for a blackout period . Management cannot own more than 20% exchange has conditions . It is easy to criticize, we simply don't have enough info . Speculation . Until there is concrete news I doubt you get your 15 cents . If it does hit 50 cents

Quite aware that there are rules for insiders for buying.   Aware that there are blackout periods too. But I'm talking about a peiod over 9 months. There have been several opportunities over that 9 month span for management to buy; blackouts and all. As for me selling and when to sell, you worry too much about when I should sell and at what price. Please Don't worry, Steven. I

I never accused management of selling. Check my history. Asking who is selling isnt an accusation against anyone..  And yes, why isn't management buying any and all of the shares under 40 cents? Is it because they think they can invest their money elsewhere and get better returns?? Is it because they think BITK shares will fall even further? What is it??  Get your story straight
