BLOCKCHAINK2 ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT OFFERING

Vancouver, BC/ July 10, 2023 BlockchainK2 Corp. (TSX-V: BITK) (the "Company") is pleased to 

announce that it has closed its non-brokered private placement offering of 4,545,452 common shares of 

the Company (“Common Shares”) at a price of $0.055 per Common Share for aggregate gross proceeds 

of $250,000 (the “Offering”). 

All Common Shares issued pursuant to the Offering are subject to a fourmonth statutory hold period. 

The net proceeds of the Offering will be used to settle outstanding indebtedness and for general working 

capital purposes.

Well lets hope they use the money to launch the gaming website. I also hope there is a AGM invite soon! At least there is some news>

5.5 cents and the stock is trading @ 10.5 cents. Someone got a 50% discount. Nice way to average down. I wonder who bought the shares, and will BITK divulge that info??

Sort of ironic. When the stock was trading at 50 or 60 cents, down from its high of 2.30 I believe, the whole gang was saying it was being shorted because they wanted a cheap PP. I havs just forgotten who "they" is, but SHM  and others remember. Well mission accomplished! Way to look after your shareholders, management. I'm sure this could have been done at at 5 or 10 times the

And another thing. Management has a bunch of incompetent cowards on the board. Not a public news release in well over a year.  Am I mad? You're darnn right I'm mad. i'm out nearly 60 grand on this stock and I am accepting that fact. But I want an update on where this is going. Is that too much to ask? Does any shareholder here think a pultry 250 grand is going to save this company
