Enlighten me how PBM or any other Proponent can work with LBN when they didn't/don't show up to Working Group meetings, signed off as partners either through MOU or the MLRMP and then reneg on their commitments? Why did they sign off on MLRMP? Why did they partner with PBM via MOU? Why was PBM listed on their website as their key economic plan 2009 - 2012? The time for opposition was 2003-2008 before investors got in, not when PBM was the highest valued company on the TSXV in 2012.

The duty to NEGOTIATE is the governments, not the propnents. PBM cannot bride the LBN, nor can  they issue shares in exchange for an EAC for two reasons. 1) That is called a bribe 2) The FN do not have VETO power on the project. Think I am wrong? Read Afflecks judgement.

LBN is having an election July 3rd. Candidates are announced next Friday. Hopefully the new leadership will see through the 13 year Enviro Assessment that this project is technically sound...not that they care anyway, they just want more money and they know how to get it.

Nuff said.
