RE:Regret

RE:RegretSome very valid points Uptown. I would also agree with previous posts that the price will increase once the permit is issued and some clarity is gained. There's always seems to be a "However" though. There is some media noise around a possible spring provincial election being called based on the perceived strength that the current NDP have over the Liberals. Once the much delayed yet anticipated release of the investigative report from the RCMP makes daylight this could be the catalyst for an election call where the Liberals will be once again called on the carpet for their past. Hopefully, the certificate will be granted prior to this and we won't be caught up in politics yet again (fingers crossed). We seem to be the political football in a long game of sorts. Good solid science should be the determination of approval, not constant political BS. More hurry up and wait.
