RE:RE:Environmental Minister

RE:RE:Environmental MinisterWeavers MLA website has some amazing detail on Booker  in one of his recent blogs. Worth a read.  His most recent question in the house (a couple of days later) on Booker to Heyman is interesting now that I have actually read the script rather than just a political commentary on it.  Heyman's response is actually quite detailed but still disappointing.  Obviously he knew the question in advance.  I think there is a pretty strong relationship between Mr. Weaver, the Premier, the Speaker and I presume, the Environment Minister (even though they are not members of the same party).  For this issue to reach the floor of the legislature says a lot... And this is great for BKM.  But I don't know how to interpret the answers from the Mining Minister (in March) and now the Environment Minister.  Is it stonewalling and more of the same old delay tactics?   Is it a subtle message to the bureaucracy to deal with this matter?  I don't really get it.  Has the EAO really provided clarity in terms of their expectations for BKM to fill in the final details of their report?  What a weird scenario...
