Lost our claim?
does anyone know why the company could make a mistake like losing our claim by not doing their part to keep it active. After all we have gone through I find it hard the company took their eye off the ball it seems if this mistake can't be corrected that management cost us this claim is by shooting themselves in the foot would be the last thing you would expect The drama continues. John did not really explain what all transpired so I guess we wait hoping and for the best.
