Whereas I would have said the Govt is not moving (again), it now it remains to be seen if they are moving to make a positive decison or risk a pounding for themselves and the LBN in court. The company presentation makes it easy to connect the dots. Page 278 to the end was a hoot. A sad hoot for investors, but still a hoot.
