RE:NPV value v Mine value I Believe that the dreams of Believe3 will come true. There is legit potential for a premium, not a discount on NPV. Five main reasons:
1- quality mining projects are in short supply, which leads to bidding wars. See the post from Dano about the $1.8 billion purchase of a "potential" Canadian gold mine that is not expected to start until 2029. A lot of risk for what some analysts say will be a 6 to 8% return.
2- This is a Canadian mine. See the post from Jim the Bull
3- Mineral prices are high and so several mining companies are sitting on a lot of cash
4- The whole world knows that a lot of copper will be needed not only in developing countries/economies, but also for electrification to combat global warming. Short-term prices go up and down, however long-term, most experts are bullish on copper.
5- The BC government are in a cash crunch, as the recent floods will cost at least $7.5 Billion USD or approx $10 billion Canadian. There are 5.5 million people in BC, which works out to almost $2000 for every man woman and child. By approving the mine, the BC gov will end up with at estimated $700million to a $1Billion in mineral tax, whereas declining the permit, will cost them a few hundred million in potential damages.

Recently it was posted tby Jim the Bull Pierre Lassonde Interview
This interview is a couple months old but very apt for BKM.
Pierre is super bullish on copper and especially copper mines in Canada.
For those that don't know his history he is a billionaire mining expert with a very solid record.
Of course you expect him to be pro mining but watch the video and make your own mind up.
