Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. is a Canada-based natural resource exploration company. The Company's principal business activity is the exploration of its mineral property interests, with its principal mineral property interests located in Canada. The Company is in the advanced stage of exploration of the Morrison deposit, a porphyry copper/gold/molybdenum ore body, located approximately 35 kilometers (km) north of Granisle, British Columbia and situated within the Babine Lake Porphyry Copper Belt. It has a 100% interest in certain mineral claims located contiguous to the Morrison claims. The Company is proposing an open-pit mining and milling operation for the production of copper/gold/silver concentrate and molybdenum concentrate. RE:Share worth nothingIMHO - what you say is definitely one scenario that is true and was talked about when the first refusal occurred - a big fish may offer based on cents for dollars - I would think in the form of a JV would be a best possible future. On a different note however very relevant; look for yourself - it seems that the green push is running dry as many potential projects to feed the green transformation for energy is falling on its face as many projects are being delayed or canceled and there appears to be an extremely low possibility of meeting the pie in the sky target for 2030 and even 2050.
