Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. is a Canada-based natural resource exploration company. The Company's principal business activity is the exploration of its mineral property interests, with its principal mineral property interests located in Canada. The Company is in the advanced stage of exploration of the Morrison deposit, a porphyry copper/gold/molybdenum ore body, located approximately 35 kilometers (km) north of Granisle, British Columbia and situated within the Babine Lake Porphyry Copper Belt. It has a 100% interest in certain mineral claims located contiguous to the Morrison claims. The Company is proposing an open-pit mining and milling operation for the production of copper/gold/silver concentrate and molybdenum concentrate. The LBN site lists rejection of Morrison Point mine in the News section.
Please read the news release....

A new mine application requires Indigenous support before EAC application
would be considered.

After having read the LBN's news release, it seems very unlikely
that LBN will ever come on board. As such, our only way to recoup
our investment is through the courts.

There is no certainty that damages will be awarded although a 
judge may very well agree that BKM was treated badly. BKM 
submitted the requested lake behaviour data - it does not appear
that it was assessed because all the SAIR required documents
were not provided after 2015.

I believe that a judge would render an opinion that the Ministers
must reconsider their rejection after first having the lake studies
reviewed 

I believe that a judge would render this opinion because of the
huge amount of work already performed in advancing the project.
in other words, the judge would rule that the EAC decision was not
fair because it did not take into account all the submitted information.
