Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. is a Canada-based natural resource exploration company. The Company's principal business activity is the exploration of its mineral property interests, with its principal mineral property interests located in Canada. The Company also holds a 100% interest in certain mineral claims located in the Omineca District of the Province of British Columbia.

LBN doesn't have the funds nor the management to build a mine or buy out PBM.  If they did buy out PBM, it would be for a pittance, not the billions that investors seem to think they are due. 

Furthermore, at this point PBM doesn't have anything except a claim to some dirt and some drilling results.
