Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - May 25, 2021) - Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. (TSXV: BKM) (OTC Pink: PBMLF) received the decision from the Chief Gold Commissioner. His decision was that he is not satisfied that PBM requires a mining lease to engage in a mining activity, as it has no authority to do so, and no obvious near-term prospect of obtaining any such authority and has decided not to renew the term of the lease. He also decided to allow PBM to retain the mineral rights over the formerly occupied lease area. The Company registered a new mineral tenure on the area of the lease and it is in good standing until May 2022.

Did they loose the lease because they forgot to reply apply and messed up last year..  Again..  Always something wit this company..  Dissapointed again..

There was a trading hold for information that was publically available? Other than the clarification of why they didn't get the 30 year mining lease, we knew all this?

I was expecting that the EAC would be granted with a number of conditions, such as mining activities paused if the pollution thresholds were breached. If we don't get the EAC this time, I think that there will be

I know people were expecting a decision, but we still don't even know which option is going to be pursued as mentioned in the February 11th letter. My expectation is we first learn about which option will be selected and then we will get news of a decision (if it is option 2, if option 1, gonna be a while again).

EAO been stalling for years i m sure company will go with option with ministers review ! C mon no adverse events ! Without the political bs we should be permitted . we have lease. We have mineral rights. We are awaiting permit that will come soon if based on the merits of the project . Buying more . B3
