should open higher and gradually trade to pre denial levels i would hope during the next month !  I m not sure it will take 45 days they already know what they are going to do by lifting this section 17 order !!!

Believe love your enthusiasim. Let's hope the EA office gets on this and sends documents right away. Could be done before Xmas and that would be the best present ever. Good luck everyone this is our time and that saying anything worthwhile is worth fighting for is so true.

Farmer, it's the first (of a two step process) accomplished. The EAO bureaucracy will complete the referral package and forward it to the Minister for final decision (as desired by BKM) rather than playing the frustrating game of attempting to satisfy  EAO's SAIR's requirements when it appears there was no end in sight and no clear delineation as to what further criteria they
