So eao is standing by 2012 and 2015 and are not reviewing anything. What does that mean and will this give us a fair decision from ministers or is the deck being stacked against us. I can't make out if this helps or hinders us seems like more of the same. The ministers should be looking at whole of our environmental process from beginning to 2012 decision and then 2015 decision. In 2015 was eao favorable to bkm and ministers went against eao can't remember how it went down.

Just remember the powers to be had 9-10 years to say no !
