There is always risk.

That said, the current Ministers Heyman and Ralston, worked closely with Professor Weaver and know the whole story. Plus, the fact that the EAO posted the history of events July 19 means the Ministers CANNOT plead ignorance.

The ministers know about the whistler blower document, the MOU with LBN, EAO's No adverse events, the court case, the SAIR farce, etc. etc.

This is why I think the odds are truly in our favor this time.

And they know there is likely close to a BILLION in mineral tax, if not more if the price of copper keeps going up. The province needs money, as Covid has been costly.

Thanx for the mind easing reply makes me feel more assured. Am one of those worrying type A people but there has been a lot to worry about these last 11 years as we close in on the end of this process and hoping for the best result.

Really good summation of the past events, Salmon. Those are precisely the reasons I have more confidence in a positive result. I think those Ministers are very much aware of the issues you raise.
