I thought it may take a week for BKM shares to rise

I recall that BKM share price did not change much for a week or so after good news the last few times. I know this because I was able to buy shares at around the same price a day or a few days after the news releases.

I'm not sure why this happens, however I was expecting this might happen again.

My guess, and this is only a guess, is that this is the case because most of the shares are in the hands of a few groups of long term investors, such as a group from Minnesota, the officers and a European group. My sense is that more than 50% and maybe as high as 75% of the shares are held by these long-term investors. Keep in mind that there are only 16.7 million tradeable shares. If I'm correct, then approx. only 3 to 5 million shares are owned by smaller investors. 

Being that there are relatively few shares that can be traded, which means relatively few share holders that are not part of these long-term groups, there isn't much sharing of news. As a result, there could be a delay in price changes after news releases.

BKM shares started trading again last Thur after a 3 day halt and so it is interesting that today is 1 week after the resumption of trading that the shares started to move, albeit a small amount.

I could be wrong about this, but the above is my best guess as to why the shares are not a lot higher.

Well guys, a very nice closing on a Friday. Hit the $3 mark just before closing on good volume. No active sellers other than the single seller who has had 10,000 shares listed there for months. Nothing else on the "ask" side til $10.  So next week will be very interesting if there is any significant demand on the buying side. I suspect there will be. Up, up and away....

Thanks for posting the B/A line up Gordo323.  This is not trading advise, just my take on upcoming day technically. This coming week will see $4 and higher, everything under and including $3 is very soon to be a memory Very soon we will making some double digit trades... hopefully even triple! BKMforthewin The share pricing is advancing a couple weeks faster than I wanted.Its ok but I really wanted to get some of it into my TSFA acct. Oh well if it happens I will do it if not I won't turn down the higher value.Good luck to all. Have a good holiday season ,stay safe.
