bkm no updates I am aware of. With my luck I will die the day after we get the permit.

That's how I feel as well... I hate getting excited, as gets my dang anxiety all riled up. I just don't get it... from all I read the Gov rescinded the assessment order, the Gov worked out a deal with FN, the mine is safe.... what the hell else is there? Does someone have to give thier second born?  This is crazy, I am just going to assume no permit, and carry on like last years as

I was totally bewildered that the decision was put on hold and further time needed for a decision. Maybe because of Xmas holidays they needed more time I don't know, but hopefully a short time and we get a decision. I want this over with one way or another as this has consumed enough of my life and am tired of it already.

update : no permit yet but also update :   no denial either !! if they were goiing to deny i think they had ample time to make that decision of denial....easy to deny more complex to approve, my Guess is trying figure our way to save face for govt on previous wrong doing, limit damages, appease FN, and use approval of mine for political gain over liberals who corruptly ignored court case
