Shooting from the hip; In no particular order
1) JV with a big brother ( with only 20 million shares outstanding lots of opportunity to partner with a bigger player with credibility )
2) sell it
3) take a step back and re-do the application with EAO type skills (people)
4) court for damages

these all have some merit and there may be others - it's my take that if you think that a 3 BILLION dollar property with material required as part of the green revolution that could reduce local poverty by leaps and bounds is worth nothing, well you are either way smarter than me or way dumber - pick one and let's see.
