Not a man for emails it seems. Anyway, this time the phone worked. Direct answers were not provided, but it seems to me that there will be no listing until there is a NI 43-101, so that suggests they are not listing on the Venture.
So all that stuff about the Nth American listing being a priority we heard before the merger was perhaps a part-truth in that it failed to point out that there would be a necessary delay.
Meanwhile the MIO.L sp has been climbing back up from a 2p July low to the low 4s and is hopefully approaching the 5.2ish high from January. I calculate that the BMC equivalent price (to 4p) is 5.28 cents (based on .8126 conversion and 1.6fx giving 1.32 multiplier), ie the "effective" pre-merger BMC sp is currently 5.28cents. [Someone check maths perhaps.]
