Logically he knew that those willing to pay also would not be willing to pay a higher price as this would have eliminated a large part of their upside potential given the recent $2 plus change SP prediction by Sprott Equity's recent downgrade. The other thing to consider is that whoever put up the cash are as up to date with results as they are allowed to be under the CA they signed. All considered I believe BNCH is a solid, safe HOLD and still a good BUY at this point. 4 about 11 hours ago @Oops $BNCH remains a good pick up here while games are played. You sell when Sprott give his shares to his foundation. When you have 2 parties buying 15% of the company at $1.10 post $1 Bought deal, things are going to happen.
