RE:is this going to hold or I should I bail now

Wouldn't tell you what to do, that's all on you and your own DD.  However, my experience and perspective is that the cycle for Bunker Hill is just getting started. I would expect the share price to go an a big run after the financing closes. How else could all that paper be sold for a profit?

I haven't spoken with the company yet, but I would assume much of the funds will need to be used for the environmental payments; $3 million a year if I'm understand correctly. Whatever is due at this time. The company has a large burn rate, so allocate an amount for working capital.

I hope the bulk of the funds will be used for drilling, mine rehabilitation and development. That activity should be what gives the share price a lift. There is lots of historic resources in and around the mine. They just need to define what's there.

Hopefully all the upcoming work will be succesful enough to allow another financing to complete the purchase option.

This is all based on what I have read in the company docs; please do your own due diligence.
