This is good news bad news.

They really could have waited to do a higher lift, especially in this market. Seems like they are doing some favours here to new shareholders at the expense of existing shareholders.

Obviously there will be funds to conduct a significant work program and still make the payments coming due. Also, the share price will be released once the placement closes. It will need to run with lots of marketing to create volume and give all that paper a chance to sell.

im pretty sure they have alot of news to release, especially the massive bulk sample they have done. this will move very fast once financing is done. been years in the makiing. looks like Bunker hill is coming back into production. this stock will move fast once word gets out. im sure Eric Sprott himslef bought a piece of this, likely the other $5-10 million, he will announce it next friday
