March 2019 Letter To Shareholders

March 2019 Letter To ShareholdersRE: March 2019 - Letter to Shareholders Dear Shareholders: The purpose of this monthly letter is to bring BNP shareholders up to date, on issues and news, since the last letter. The following is a summary of business development activities for this month: 1. Marthas Vineyard Project (MVP): (a) Working on updating our lobbying registration with Canadian Government. (b) Proceeding with getting our Trademarks registered in the USA. If not successful, generic names will be used. Canadian trademarks to follow depending on US progress. (c) Once Canada USA trademarks are in order, the website development can proceed. (d) After the website goes live, shareholders will have a full update on the scope of this project. (e) Upon completion of the website, we will proceed with marketing and promotion. (f) Met with our other 2 BNP directors over the weekend in London/Windsor to update project status and discuss the issues. Fiat Chrysler has announced 1,500 layoffs at the Windsor assembly plant. This represents one shift of lost jobs, with two shifts remaining. SNC-Lavalin continues to be in the news, with the Liberal Government in damage control mode.
