RE:No Clue What's Going On .I spoke quite frequently with Tim. I was here back in August 23, do some DD on that fact. A CEO has no control over how the regulators look over deals....as you can see with the listed halts. ...even good legal firms sometimes will get comments from the regulators for 12 plus months, before they recommend dropping a deal due to factors....i m not bashing, those are just facts, if you have ever been involved with a reviewable transaction....which I have.....and this is with those dollar figures....
So I just say Caution for those who need to stay liquid, and may need access to their $$$.
